Lighthouse Molding was established in 2004 as an organization to supply turnkey solutions for low pressure molding, to educate customers about low pressure molding, and promote its benefits in electronic applications.  We will provide you with material, equipment, and molds to economically encapsulate your electronic assembly.

We or one of our representatives are always available to help you with your application.  Challenge us with your intricate packaging needs and let us show you economical packaging alternatives to housings and housings with pottants or conformal coats.  Our materials will replace both your housing and environmental barrier all in one shot.  We give you the ability to eliminate the following:  liquids in your manufacturing process, the need to mix the liquids, the ovens used to cure the mixed liquids, the associated disposal of uncured liquids, the assembly station where the finished PCB is put into the housing, the housing, the mechanical fasteners used to package the PCB in the housing.

Our LPO line of materials process typically in less than one minute; that is start to finish!  Mold fill times are usually less than 30 seconds and these materials take less than 30 seconds to harden.  Compare that to the extended cure times of most liquids and the associated cost of the equipment needed to cure the liquids and the benefits of a low pressure molding process become self-evident.

We help you turn hours into seconds in your electronics assembly facility.

LPM or low pressure molding has been used in electronic applications since 1972--it is a proven, durable, and cost effective way of protecting your electronic assemblies.
